How will I be paid

We will issue a check.

We overnight a check to your lienholder. If you owe MORE than the vehicle's value, you would pay us the difference and we would send the full amount to the lender. If you owe LESS than the vehicle's value, we would send your payoff amount to the lender and cut you a check for the balance. This is a fairly complicated process, but our team of experts handle the whole thing for you!

No. If you are in Ypsilanti or the surrounding area we can come to you for an inspection or to pick up your vehicle

You will need to bring the driver's license for whoever is listed on the title, a payoff letter (if the vehicle shows a loan on the title but has been paid off), and both sets of keys and remotes (if applicable)

Our Pre-Owned Sales Manager will conduct a visual inspection of the interior and exterior, and then test drive the vehicle to confirm its mechanical condition. If the inspection report doesn't match the initial valuation, the offer may be raised or lowered
